About
Ciro Page, B.A. Linguistics, Illustrator
Studying linguistics, I quickly grew fascinated with the theory of semiosis: the relationship between sign, object, and meaning. I wanted to find ways as an artist to implement that theory—communicate ideas through visual art, and have an audience be able to derive meaning from it. This became my goal as an illustrator.
I am focused on aesthetics that can grab attention and tell a story. My work experience developing assets for indie game projects like Snowbound Blood and Pink Sky has centralized my expertise in sprites, backgrounds, and graphic design. I am a content writer as well for personal projects, which extends my skillset to character design and comic-styled storytelling.
